Shipping policy

Order processing is 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes for S.I.S Cosmetics to prepare your order, not the time it takes to travel through the mail carrier system. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days once it is received by the carrier.  Please remember to add 3-5 business days for the total processing and shipping time. 

 

S.I.S Cosmetics is only liable for products before the order is transferred to the mail carrier. Once the order is shipped out, it is the responsibility of the mail carrier and the customer to account for the order. If you have an issue with a missing or delayed package please contact your mail carrier first so that they may assist you.
