What's in these products? We use a combination of light natural oils in all of our products. As well as naturally derived colorants and fragrances. The list is rather extensive.  Refer to the back label for the full list of any ingredients for individual products. Or check out the ingredients section of the item description prior to placing an order.

Who can use these products?

Any and everyone can try our products. From the most sensitive of skin to the normal and hardy.

How should I use these products? 

Always perform a patch test before trying any new products. If you do not experience any adverse reaction (you shouldn't but we always want to be safe) feel free to apply as you would any other skincare products. Our butters and scrubs can be applied to dry or damp skin. Our gloss can be applied with our without brush. Just keep in mind, a little goes a long way.

I have allergies, are these products safe?

Our lip balm and body butters both contain shea butter. Shea butter is derived from the nuts of the Shea tree. If you have any type of nut or fruit allergy we advise consulting your primary physician before using our products. 

 

I placed my order, when should I recieve it?

Our processing time is 1-2 business days for small orders. This is separate from the shipping time which is 3-5 days depending on mail conditions. You will recieve a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out.

I haven't recieved my order but the tracking says delivered, what should I do?

Please check with your local mail carriers or post office for orders that have been delivered.  Once we ship the orders out you will be able to track the shipment with the tracking number that will be emailed to you. Contact your local mail service for any lost or stolen packages.

My package arrived but it's the wrong item. What should I do? 

Fret not. A copy of your order summary will be included in your package. If there are any items in addition to what is in your order summary those are gifts to you from us. You need not return them. If there are any items missing from your order that appear in your order summary, contact us immediately via email and we will be happy to assist. Any emails regarding incorrect orders should be sent within 48 hours. If you have not emailed us within 48 hours regarding an incorrect order we will assume the order is valid and correct.

My package arrived and it's damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective. We take quality very seriously and will work with you to rectify the issue. Our products are labeled fragile however they may incur damage during shipping. 

My package was supposed to arrive today but I haven't received it, what should I do? 

Always check your tracking for updates on delivery or shipping status. Also, reach out to your local mail carrying service for updates on your order. Things like weather, availability and post delays .ay play a part in when you receive your order. These things are out of our control however, your local mail carrier may have better updates on expected delivery if there should be any delays.
